Good Spirits Hospitality Limited negotiated several amendments to the Agreement to Lease a prime site situated in Auckland's premier hospitality district the Auckland Viaduct. These changes are to ensure that GSH maintains the full benefit of the landlord incentives contained in the proposed lease and is able to commence fit-out works at the commencement of the proposed lease. The changes to the material terms of the ATL are as follows: Change to Estimated Commencement Date The estimated commencement date is amended from 1 September 2021 to the later of: 1 October 2021; or 2 weeks after the date the current COVID-19 lockdown reduces to a Lockdown Level that allows GSH to carry out its fit-out works. Change to Date by Which Conditions Must be Satisfied The date by which the conditions relating to redevelopment finance being approved and NZX and shareholder approval (to the extent required) being obtained has been extended to 30 September 2021. GSH is also pleased to advise that the other conditions precedent have all now been satisfied, including obtaining relevant Government/Council approvals and the approval of Viaduct Harbour Holdings Limited.
