Great Portland Estates plc Announces Board Changes, Effective 30 March 2023

Great Portland Estates plc announced that, Charles Philipps, Non-Executive Director, has decided to retire from the Board on 30 March 2023 after nine years of service. Charles will be succeeded as GPE's Senior Independent Director by Nick Hampton, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in October 2016.
