Foundation Consumer Healthcare, LLC signed an agreement to acquire Seven Over-the-Counter Brands of GSK Consumer Healthcare on July 16, 2020. The transaction is subject to Hart-Scott-Rodino clearance. The transaction is expected to close on or around September 30, 2020.
