GT Capital Holdings, Inc. announced that at the organizational meeting which followed immediately after the ASM, the following officers of the corporation were appointed: Jaime Miguel G. Belmonte as advisers of the board of directors, Jocelyn Y. Kho as assistant corporate secretary, Solomon S. Cua as adviser of executive committee, Rene J. Buenaventura as member of compensation committee and Corporate Governance and Related Party Transactions Committee, Carmelo Maria Luza Bautista as adviser of nominations committee, Anjanette Ty Dy Buncio as adviser of Corporate Governance and Related Party Transactions Committee and Consuelo D. Garcia as Member of Risk Oversight Committee.
