TO INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR

THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2019

Reference is made to the interim results announcement ("Interim Results Announcement") of Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation (the "Company") dated 7 August 2019 in relation to the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the six months ended 30 June 2019.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Interim Results Announcement.

The Company would like to supplement the Interim Results Announcement with the following information.

EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD

Save as disclosed in the "Business and Financial Review" section of the Interim Results Announcement, there were no important events affecting the Group that have occurred after 31 December 2018 and up to the date of this announcement.
