HT Media Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 4,403.6 million compared to INR 4,661.3 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 4,881.9 million compared to INR 5,005.6 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 218.9 million compared to net income of INR 448.8 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 0.95 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 1.95 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was INR 0.95 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 1.93 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was INR 12,697 million compared to INR 10,794.8 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 13,680.4 million compared to INR 12,221.7 million a year ago. Net loss was INR 2,123.3 million compared to net income of INR 10.7 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 9.18 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 0.05 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was INR 9.18 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 0.05 a year ago.

The Company is also involved in the sale of various other digital offerings in the form of online advertising, subscription revenue, and syndication revenue.
