Hyulim ROBOT Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A090710) announced a private placement of 10,335,916 shares at a price of KRW 387 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 3,999,999,492 on March 24, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investors, Fides Fund and Tower Bridge Fund for 5,167,958 shares each. Post the closing, the number of shares will increase from 83,049,144 to 93,385,060. The shares will be issued at a premium. The shares will be issued through third party allotment method and will have a lock up period of one year. The payment date is June 30, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
