IERVOLINO & LADY BACARDI ENTERTAINMENT S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment Spa announced Friday that Gianluca Macerola has joined its subsidiary Arte Video.
In addition, alternate auditor Valentina Sorgente has succeeded Federica Izzo on the board of auditors. Izzo left due to having exceeded the limit for accumulating positions.

ILBE's stock closed Friday up 3.0 percent to EUR0.97 per share.
