From October 31, 2018 to December 3, 2018, the company has repurchased 1,350,000 shares, representing 3.05% for KRW 2,629.87 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,350,000 shares, representing 3.05% for KRW 2,629.87 million under the buyback announced on October 31, 2018.
ilShinbiobase Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of freezers and freeze dryers used in biotechnology and food industries. The Companyâs products include freeze dryers, which are used for drying of sera, antibiotics, enzymes, laboratory samples and foods; programmable type freeze dryers, which can control temperature, time and vacuum of free dryer systems and used in early stage of researches; deep freezers, which are used for biotechnology industry, and ice makers, which are used in research laboratories.
