INIZIATIVE BRESCIANE S.P.A. (Alliance News) - Iniziative Bresciane Spa reported Wednesday that it closed 2023 with a profit of EUR3.7 million from EUR205,000 in 2022.
The board of directors resolved to propose to the shareholders' meeting the distribution of a gross dividend of EUR0.60 per outstanding share, up from EUR0.16 per share in the previous year.
Total revenues amounted to EUR24.8 million from EUR18.0 million as of December 31, 2022.
EBITDA is EUR17.6 million from EUR11.7 million in 2022.
Operating income is EUR7.9 million from EUR2.4 million in 2022.
Net financial debt is EUR102.8 million from EUR103.9 million as of December 31, 2022.
Iniziative Bresciane's stock closed Wednesday up 0.7 percent to EUR14.40 per share.
