iPeople Inc. announced the resignation of Raoul A. Villegas as Vice President, Finance, with effect from January 31, 2014 due to personal reasons. The company also announced the appointment of Ma. Esperanza F. Joven as Vice President, Finance with effect from February 03, 2014.
