iPeople, Inc. announced the declaration of a PHP 0.06 per common share or 6% cash dividend for a total amount of PHP 44,935,993.26 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2016 to the iPeople inc. stockholders of record as of December 21, 2017. Payment date is on January 18, 2018.
The company also approved the resignation of Ms. Helen Y. Dee as the company's director, effective January 1, 2018.
iPeople, inc. is a holding and management company. The Companyâs main operating subsidiaries are the Malayan Education System, Inc. (Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC).
