Janus International Group, Inc. Announces Board Resignations

On December 22, 2023, Colin Leonard notified the Board of Directors of Janus International Group, Inc. of his intent to resign from the Board of the Company effective upon the election or appointment of his replacement. Mr. Leonard serves as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board and as a member and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Leonard's decision to resign did not result from any disagreements with management or the Board.
Mr. Leonard's resignation letter is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 10.1. On December 27, 2023, Jos Feliciano notified the Board of the Company of his intent to resign from the Board of the Company upon the election or appointment of his replacement. Mr. Feliciano serves as Chairman of the Board and as a member and Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Feliciano's decision to resign did not result from any disagreements with management or the Board.
Janus International Group, Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier, and provider of turn-key self-storage, commercial, and industrial building solutions. The Company operates through two geographic segments: Janus North America and Janus International. The Janus International segment is comprised of Janus International Europe Holdings Ltd. (UK). Its production and sales are in Europe and Australia. The Company provides facility and door automation and access control technologies, roll up and swing doors, hallway systems, and relocatable storage Moveable Additional Storage Structures units. It is comprised of three sales channels, including New Construction-Self-storage, R3-Self-storage, and Commercial and Other.
