JAE has recently expanded the JL10 Series product line of waterproof circular connectors that are compatible with the MS-A/B standard. Six new size, pin count, and contact arrangements have been added to the two existing innovative JL10 connector family, now eight in total offering even greater design flexibility to engineers.
The MS-A/B standard is widely used in industrial equipment such as machine tools and factory robotics. The compatible JL10 Series has been developed to be much easier to work with, featuring one-touch locking capability in addition to conventional screw mating.
Like the existing JL10 receptacles (18-10, 22-22), the six new JL10 receptacle connectors (20-4, 20-18, 20-29, 22-14, 24-11, 32-17) are designed for easy implementation. The mounting dimensions and profiles of JL10 receptacles are the same as those for MS-A/B. This makes upgrading to the one-touch locking JL10 interface simply as a matter of replacing the connector, without any other changes needed to the equipment design.
