JB Financial Group Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A175330) agreed to acquire Mega Investment Co., Ltd. from MegaStudy Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072870) and Kim Jeong-min on May 23, 2022. JB Financial Group Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A175330) signed a stock purchase contract to acquire Mega Investment Co., Ltd. from MegaStudy Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072870) and Kim Jeong-min on May 30, 2022. As per the transaction, JB Financial Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 4 million shares of which 99% stake will be acquired from MegaStudy Co., Ltd. and 1% stake from Kim Jeong-min.
