Jiankun International Berhad (KLSE:JIANKUN) entered into a conditional share sale and purchase agreement to acquire 99.99% stake in Oriental Link Properties (M) Sdn Bhd. from Lee Khoon Eng and Lee Phaik Choo for MYR 9.5 million on December 22, 2023. The Proposed Acquisition will be funded via internal fund.
The transaction is expected to be completed by February 20, 2024 and is subject to completion of the due diligence investigations.
