Jiankun International Berhad (KLSE:JIANKUN) entered into memorandum of understanding to acquire Dermaga Science & Health Sdn. Bhd. from Dermaga Utama Sdn.
Bhd for RM 13 million on June 21, 2023. Under the terms of MoU, RM 9.1 million will be paid in cash and remaining RM 3.9 million by ordinary shares of Jiankun.
