Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) is a Sweden-based investment company, which business involves investing knowledge, time and capital in customer companies in the early stages. These customer companies have connections to fintech, and a majority develop digital platforms. In return for this, Katalysen Ventures receives, in addition to direct ownership in the case of capital injections, also warrants to the customer companies.
