Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) is a Sweden-based investment company, which business involves investing knowledge, time and capital in customer companies in the early stages. These customer companies have connections to fintech, and a majority develop digital platforms. In return for this, Katalysen Ventures receives, in addition to direct ownership in the case of capital injections, also warrants to the customer companies. Katalysen Ventures AB is a so-called venture developer (simplified a mix between a consulting and investment company) with offices in Stockholm, Sweden and Geneva, Switzerland, and a planned office in the USA. In its consulting business the Company identifies unlisted growth companies that needs help in reducing its risk factors to ensure continued development.
