Keywords Studios : expands Testing and Player Support capacity in Poland and Mexico

Keywords Studios is delighted to announce it is expanding its operations in both Poland and Mexico to provide additional capabilities to deliver Player Support and Testing services to its customers.

In Katowice, Poland, where it opened a Player Support studio last year, Keywords has invested in expanded premises to now offer both Localization QA and Functionality QA services. Primarily tailored to Keywords' European clients' needs, the facility has grown to 290 seats, with a further 160 capacity secured.

Furthermore, in Mexico City, where Keywords is already a leader in Audio and Localization in Latin-American Spanish, the company has invested in a new facility with space for up to 150 seats, with options to extend further.

Sharing back office and general management services with the existing Audio and Localization service lines in Mexico City, the new facility will provide both Player Support and Functionality QA services. Enjoying a common time zone with the US and Canada, the new services will be primarily aimed at the North American market.

'Mexico is a perfect nearshore solution for our US customers, complementing very well our existing presences in Montreal and Redmond to provide English and Spanish Player Support services in a very accessible way, yet still consistent with what we offer in Manila and in Poland.'
