Khandwala Securities Limited announced that it has received INR 89.478 million in funding from Aumit Capital Advisors Limited, Vedkarta Consultants Llp and other investors

On July 8, 2022, Khandwala Securities Limited closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of transaction. The company issued 3,314,000 equity shares of par value INR 10 per share, at issue price of INR 27 per share for gross proceeds of INR 89,478,000 in the transaction.

The transaction include participation from non-promoters of the company which includes new investors, Aumit Capital Advisors Limited for 4,62,962 shares, Darwin Patel for 4,05,643 shares, Heta Patel for 4,05,643 shares, Shuchi Patel for 4,05,644 shares, Bridget Ferrao for 2,03,703 shares and 13 other new investors. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
