The Board of Directors of Kish Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.46 per share, an increase of 3 cents per share from the prior quarter, payable January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 17, 2017.
Kish Bancorp, Inc. is a diversified financial service company. Kish Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, operates approximately 18 offices and financial centers serving Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair, and Juniata counties, and northeastern Ohio.
