The board of directors of Kish Bancorp, Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.25 per share, payable January 31, 2019, to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2019.

Kish Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, operates approximately 18 offices and financial centers serving Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair, and Juniata counties, and northeastern Ohio.
