The Board of Directors of Kish Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.43 per share, payable July 31, 2016 to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2016, unchanged from the prior quarter.
Kish Bancorp, Inc. is a diversified financial service company. Kish Bank, a subsidiary of the Company, operates approximately 18 offices and financial centers serving Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair, and Juniata counties, and northeastern Ohio.
