KnowBe4, Inc. announced that it has received $8 million in funding from Elephant Partners.

In January 2016, KnowBe4, Inc. closed the transaction. The company issued 763,126 series A convertible preferred stock at issue price of $10.4832 per share for gross proceeds of $8,000,002 from new investor Elephant Partners. The preferred shares will be convertible in common shares at a price of $10.4832 per share.

The round is raised at post money valuation of $22,478,832.
