Kolon Biotech, Inc. announced that it will issue 173,000 shares at a price of KRW 11,600 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 2,006,800,000 on January 17, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Kolon Life Science Inc. for 173,000 shares to retain the majority stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
The method of capital increase is through shareholder allocation.
