Korea Development Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through three divisions: civil works division, architecture division and housing division. Its civil works division constructs roads, railways, subways, bridges and others, as well as industrial buildings and plants. Its architecture division constructs office buildings, education centers, institutes, churches, factories, apartments and others. Its housing division constructs apartments and residential complex buildings, as well as sale and rental of housing. On November 11, 2013, it sold its entire shares of GK Fixed Link Corp, which is mainly engaged in the construction and management of access road.
