Laboratorio Farmaceutico Erfo has bought back 18,000 of its own shares

(Alliance News) - Laboratorio Farmaceutico Erfo Spa reported that it bought back 18,000 of its own ordinary shares between Dec. 18 and Dec. 22.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR1.30 cica, for a total consideration of EUR23,335.

To date, the company holds 400,000 of its own ordinary shares, or 4.4 percent of its share capital.
