Lan Fa Textile Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 670.084 million compared to TWD 867.054 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 73.528 million compared to TWD 35.225 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 121.892 million compared to TWD 28.609 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.38 compared to TWD 0.09 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,421.278 million compared to TWD 2,652.455 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 143.514 million compared to TWD 81.034 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 111.733 million compared to net income of TWD 107.614 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.35 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.34 a year ago.
LAN FA TEXTILE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textured polyester yarns. The Companyâs products include set yarns, stretch yarns, non-torque yarns, high-count yarns, less torque yarns, micro-fibers, non-sizing yarns, dimity-like yarns, fire-retardant finished yarns, matt yarns and environmental friendly yarns, among others. The Company operates through three segments, including false twisting plant in Chupei segment, false twisting plant in Hangzhou segment and others segment. The Company mainly operates businesses in the domestic market.
