Lan Fa Textile Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 403.82 million compared to TWD 611.13 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 221.53 million compared to net income of TWD 282.66 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.7 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.89 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.7 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.89 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,600.59 million compared to TWD 1,884.59 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 461.71 million compared to net income of TWD 584.54 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.45 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.84 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.45 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 1.84 a year ago.
LAN FA TEXTILE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textured polyester yarns. The Companyâs products include set yarns, stretch yarns, non-torque yarns, high-count yarns, less torque yarns, micro-fibers, non-sizing yarns, dimity-like yarns, fire-retardant finished yarns, matt yarns and environmental friendly yarns, among others. The Company operates through three segments, including false twisting plant in Chupei segment, false twisting plant in Hangzhou segment and others segment. The Company mainly operates businesses in the domestic market.
