Lan Fa Textile Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 246.992 million compared to TWD 835.676 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 100.404 million compared to TWD 28.616 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 96.786 million compared to net loss of TWD 60.226 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.3 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.19 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was TWD 808.239 million compared to TWD 1,751.194 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 137.057 million compared to TWD 69.986 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 248.686 million compared to net income of TWD 10.159 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.78 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.03 a year ago.
LAN FA TEXTILE CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textured polyester yarns. The Companyâs products include set yarns, stretch yarns, non-torque yarns, high-count yarns, less torque yarns, micro-fibers, non-sizing yarns, dimity-like yarns, fire-retardant finished yarns, matt yarns and environmental friendly yarns, among others. The Company operates through three segments, including false twisting plant in Chupei segment, false twisting plant in Hangzhou segment and others segment.
