Last One Mile Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9252) agreed to acquire HOTEL STUDIO Co., Ltd. from Nobukazu Miyoshi, Yuichi Imayoshi, Hiroyuki Kamihiro and Kosuke Kami for approximately ¥560 million on January 12, 2024. Last One Mile will issue 136,055 shares as consideration. Last One Mile will issue 0.02721 for every HOTEL STUDIO share.
The transaction is subject to approval by shareholders of Last One Mile and HOTEL STUDIO. The transaction is expected to complete on March 1, 2024.
