LBC Express Holdings, Inc. at its meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 11, 2016, the board approved the corporation's authority to declare cash dividends of 22 Centavos (PHP 0.22) per 1 outstanding common share held by the stockholders. The record date of the entitlement to cash dividends shall be the end of business day on November 10, 2016 and payment date shall be on November 29, 2016.
