LIFULL Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending September 30, 2021. For the year, the company expects net sales to be of JPY 38,476 million. Operating income is expected to be JPY 3,434 million. Profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to be JPY 2,033 million. Basic earnings per share is expected to be JPY 15.43 per share.

The Overseas segment is engaged in the operation of the aggregation site Trovit and overseas real estate information sites. The Company is also engaged in the operation of a series of Websites for nursing facilities searching, insurance shops searching and reservation, moving estimate and reservation, rental storage space information searching, as well as the insurance agency business and other businesses.
