LIFULL Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2120) agreed to acquire Monthly business of LIFULL HOME from Rakuten LIFULL STAY, Inc. for ¥1 on October 31, 2022. Th transaction is expected to close in January 5, 2023.
LIFULL Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of real estate related information services. The Company has two business segments. The HOMEâS Related segment is engaged in the operation of the real estate information Website LIFULL HOME'S, the advertising agency business, the system development and Web production business, the provision of customer relationship management (CRM) services for real estate companies, and data management platform (DMP) service for developers, as well as the Internet marketing business. The Overseas segment is engaged in the operation of the aggregation site Trovit and overseas real estate information sites. The Company is also engaged in the operation of a series of Websites for nursing facilities searching, insurance shops searching and reservation, moving estimate and reservation, rental storage space information searching, as well as the insurance agency business and other businesses.
