Shandong Tiandi Rongxin Investment Development Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive not more than CNY 250 million in an equity round of funding on August 29, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Luxin Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. for not exceeding CNY 112.50 million and Shandong Investment Co., Ltd for for not exceed CNY 137.50 million. After the capital increase, the shareholding ratio of both investors will remain unchanged.
The capital increase does not need to be submitted to the company's general meeting of shareholders for consideration. The transaction has been approved at the 14th meeting of the 11th board of directors of the company.
Luxin Venture Capital Group Co Ltd is a Chinese company mainly engaged in venture capital business and Grinder Industrial Operations. The Company operates through two segments. The Investment Segment is principally engaged in equity investments in new ventures. The Company's key investment areas include information technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy, new materials, biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing and other industries. The Grinder Segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of grinding and abrasive cloth. Its downstream customers are mainly military industry, automobile parts processing, aerospace, and precision processing enterprises.
