Lysaght Galvanized Steel Berhad announced resignation of Mr. Ee Beng Guan as Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Nomination Committee, age 67, gender male and nationality Malaysia. Date of change is 15 June 2023. Composition of Nomination Committee(Name and Directorate of members after change): Chong Sai Sin (Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director); Cheam Low Soo (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director); Yeoh Sheong Lee (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).

Mr. Cheam Low Soo will be re-designated as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 25 June 2023.
