Bologna, 12 April 2021 - The Board of Directors of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM:MARP),

a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, has called the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for 30 April 2021, on first call, at 11.00 a.m., at the office of Notary Public Dr. Carlo Vico in Bologna, Via Santo Stefano 42, and, if necessary, on second call, on 3 May 2021, at 11.00 a.m., at the same place.
