For the year ending March 31, 2024, the company expects net sales of ¥24,300 million, an Operating profit of ¥400 million, Profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥1,100 million or ¥65.04 basic per share.
Meito Sangyo Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of food and chemical products, as well as the real estate business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Food segment manufactures and sells chocolate, powdered beverages, baumkuchen, jelly, ice cream, candy, cakes, nutritional foods, and others. The Chemicals segment includes rennet (coagulant for cheese), lipase (lipolytic enzyme), dextran (plasma expander, blood flow improver and others), fragrance (food additive), dextran sulfate (hyperlipidemia) Dextran magnetite (MRI contrast agent, medical equipment materials and others), mixed feed, dextran iron (animal drug), among others. The Real Estate segment in involved in the management of golf courses and the leasing of real estate.
