Mesa Laboratories, Inc. announced that on May 3, 2023, John B. Schmieder, member of the Board of Directors, current Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and member of the Audit Committee, informed the Board of Mesa Laboratories, Inc. that he has decided not to stand for re-election at the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Schmieder's decision not to stand for re-election is not related to any disagreement with Mesa or with Mesa's operations, policies or practices, and Mr. Schmieder will continue to serve as a director through the date of the annual meeting.
Mesa Laboratories, Inc. is a multinational manufacturer, developer, and seller of life sciences tools and critical quality control solutions.
