MFC Multi-National Residence Fund announced on 18 May 2023, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend distribution for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023. The dividend payment from Net Profit will be at THB 0.0250 per unit. With this, the record date will be on 1 June 2023 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend.
The dividend will be paid on 16 June 2023.
