MFC Multi-National Residence Fund announced on 5 March 2024, the Property Investment Committee agreed to the dividend distribution for the period 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023. The dividend payment from Net Profit will be at THB 0.0240 per unit. With this, the record date will be 19 March 2024 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend.
The dividend will be paid on 29 March 2024. Ex-dividend date is 18 March 2024.
