Special Flagship Holdings Sdn Bhd and Tan Sri Dato' Dr Palaniappan A/L Ramanathan made an conditional take over offer to acquire an unknown majority stake in Minda Global Berhad (KLSE:MINDA) on May 19, 2023. Under the terms, MYR 0.0712 per share in cash will be paid. As of June 16, 2023, the transaction has become unconditional and is expected to close on June 30, 2023.
