Miramar Hospitality Co.,Ltd (GTSM:2730) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.66% of its share capital for TWD 56.9 million. The shares will be repurchased within a price range of TWD 5.54 and TWD 11.87 per share. The repurchase program will continue until February 26, 2018.
