Mon courtier énergie has placed seven million euros' worth of shares in its IPO on Euronext, valuing the company at around 35 million euros.

The Bordeaux-based company, which specializes in energy brokerage for businesses, reports that it has placed 786.604 shares in the transaction, based on a unit price of 9.65 euros.

Demand for the firm price offer, i.e. the offer to retail investors, was fully met.

The initial listing of the stock on the Paris Bourse is scheduled for Thursday, under the mnemonic code ALMCE.

The company, founded in 2017, explains that these resources will enable it to accelerate its development and take 'ambitious new steps'.

The group has set itself three main objectives, namely its development in France, its international expansion and the ramp-up of offerings linked to the energy transition for businesses.

Its capital increase could be raised to 7.6 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full.
