Natco Pharma Limited (BSE:524816) acquired the remaining 24.4% stake in Natco Organics Limited from V C Nannapaneni, Time Cap Pharma Labs Pvt. Ltd, NDL Infra Tech Pvt. Ltd, Rajeev Nannapaneni, S Kishore Kumar, Lalita Uppala, T Bapineedu and T Parvathi for approximately INR 230 million in stock on December 16, 2014. As consideration, Natco Pharma issued 0.16 million shares. For the year ended March 31, 2014, Natco Organics reported total assets of INR 1.3 billion, revenues of INR 157.58 million, loss before tax of INR 91.12 million and profit after tax of INR 104.8 million.
