(KOSDAQ:A043910) for approximately KRW 180 million on December 14, 2016. 3D Enter acquired an additional 0.04 million shares at KRW 3935 per share and now holds 0.82 million shares of Nature and Environment. 3D Enter used own funds in the transaction.

Nature & Environment Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the steel business and environmental restoration businesses. Its environmental restoration business includes restoration business, which produces geo green cells, blocks, walls and others used in river restoration constructions; landscaping business, which mainly provides grass for landscaping constructions, and water business, which provides water, soil and lakes purification services.
