NCC in partnership with Aros Bostad, is to construct around 155 apartments in the second phase of the new Invernesshöjden residential block in the Östra Mörbylund district of Danderyd. The project has an order value of approximately SEK 320 million. The construction contract allows to look forward to the start of yet another project this year. Aros Bostad has worked together with NCC on several previous housing projects, and company have immense respect for NCC's expertise in the fields of construction and sustainability," says Magnus Andersson, CEO of Aros Bostad. The first phase comprised 86 tenant-owned apartments across two apartment buildings. Occupancy has now commenced in these buildings. Phase two is now being initiated, and NCC's assignment comprises the new construction of approximately 155 tenant-owned apartments. The apartment buildings will be low rise with two underground floors comprising a garage and ancillary service area. The well-planned residential units will range from studios to five-bedroom apartments with balconies or terraces. Construction will start in August 2021 and the first occupancy is expected at the end of 2024. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 320 million and will be registered among orders in the third quarter of 2021 in the NCC Building Sweden business area. The construction contract will be carried out in collaboration with NCC Infrastructure.
