Invista S.A. announces an Equity Buyback for 10,000,000 shares, for PLN 5 million.

Invista SA (WSE:INV) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,000,000 shares for a total amount not exceeding PLN 5 million. The shares will be repurchased at a minimum price of PLN 0.3 per share and a maximum price of PLN 3 per share.

The program will run for a period of 5 years.
