The main business of the Company is the distribution, installation and development of software information systems, providing consultation and development of information technology system integrators, including computer network systems, acquisition of hardware and software development. The Company’s subsidiaries’ main business activities are securities business. The Company has developed a system integrator for networking, hardware procurement, and software development according to customer needs (Tailor Made), with the main customers being government organizations and large state enterprises. The Company operates through two segments: Information technology and Securities. Information technology segment is engaged in the distribution of technology products, consulting, and design of information systems. Securities segment is engaged in securities brokerage for investment units and securities.
